The poses in Yin are held for a longer period of time, allowing the slow release of muscle tension, the improvement of mental clarity, and development of the mind-body connection.

Gentle Yoga

This class is a combination of basic yoga postures, supported restorative poses, and meditation, followed by a final Savasana (rest).
Gentle Yoga and Fascial Release
A gentle class designed to increase range of mobility and strength, as well as reduce pain and stiffness with the incorporation of Fascial release tools, such as foam rollers, throughout the practice.
Restorative Yoga
The class focus is on wonderfully restorative and deep
stretching poses in order to establish greater flexibility, strength, and balance. Mats and props are provided, including bolsters, blankets, straps, and blocks to insure that the poses are comfortable and supported.
This class begins with meditative breath work and ends with a ten minute long relaxing Savasana (rest).

A 15-20 minute instructor guided meditation for deep calm and relaxation of the mind and body.
Supportive props provided.
